Natural Health Tip… WATER!

Most of us are a little dehydrated, especially in the winter. Without adequate hydration, we will have dryer skin, more fatigue and diminished mental focus. Here are some great ways to stay hydrated:

Drink Water On A Schedule…  A large glass first thing in the morning, one mid-morning, one early afternoon and one later afternoon and finish with one in the early evening. Do this in addition to all other beverages.  Doing so will also help you cut back on soft drinks.

Carry Water With You…   Having a water bottle or healthy beverage in front of you while doing work or leisure activities reminds you to drink it.  You will be prompted to stay hydrated.

Make A Pot Of Tea…  Brew a whole pot in the morning and sip it all day long. We find that having tea for ourselves, and you, our valued clients, to drink throughout the day keeps us hydrated and warm!  If you like cold tea, simply put some of it in the refrigerator for later.
